In using this website or joining the "Tokyo Gacha World" (hereandafter referred as "TGW")  Service you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall TGW or its staff or affiliates be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages resulting from any mistakes in the website, services, content, or for injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of the website, apps or services. TGW, its staff, or its affiliates have no liability on injury or damage caused by products within the box. Please purchase the goods at your own risk. We may terminate, change or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

BILLING & SHIPPING

It is your responsibility to provide and keep up to date accurate contact, payment, and billing information. If your payment is declined, your membership may be suspended. You will not receive a box if payment is missed. TGW also will not re-ship boxes that are returned due to incorrectly provided addresses. You will be charged for your subscription at the time of signing up for the TGW service. On every 1st of the month, you will automatically be charged again and your subscription will renew for the same amount of time as your original subscription (1 month, 3 months or 6 months), unless you choose to cancel and not renew your subscription. If you cancel the renewal of your subscription to TGW, your current subscription will run its course, but will no longer renew. You will not be given a refund for the remainder of your subscription. Any merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped via Japan Post via Economy Air (SAL) and is not insured or trackable. It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping country is covered under Japan Post’s Economy Air (SAL) service. A list of countries serviced can be found here . As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Only a single shipping attempt is included in the price of product, if included shipping is indicated. Any customs duties, fees, or restrictions are the responsibility of the member. Purchase at your own risk. These Terms are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site. These Terms, or any part of them, may be modified or terminated without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Limitation of Liability shall in all events survive any termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

Duties & taxes

All orders are shipped directly from Japan. Your order may be subject to tariffs, duties and value added tax (VAT) when it arrives to your country. These costs are not included in the product prices. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Risk of defect

All damaged items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement/refund. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the message.
